A BADGE OF THE 8TH DRAGOON ASTRAKHAN REGIMENT.
An Officer badge of the 8th Dragoon Astrakhan Field Marshal Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolayevich Regiment. Approved on September 14, 1911.Black cuirass with gold accessories and a belt. It has the monogram of the Chief and the anniversary dates: "1798-1898" (in gold). Under the cuirass crossed broadsword and checker laid on a golden half-wreath. The sign is crowned with a golden Imperial crown, from under which the St. George ribbons falls. There are Russian hallmarks on the backWeight: 1.4 o., 39.7 g.
