On one side of the note, letter with Divrei Torah written by one of his students (probably Rabbi Shraga Feibel Steinberg, the head of Tiferet Zion Yeshiva) on the matter of whether spittle is considered an outcome for damages.
On the other side of the note, the Chazon Ish wrote a name "Rivka Debora – Sheindel" probably in order to pray for her and an sketched an illustration (maybe of a lung) and the words "Halo Tzarich Leired ladin".
