Biography
Joseph Pressmane (1904-1967), French painter, Ecole de Paris. Born in Poland on July 22, 1904. Studied in Warsaw, traveled and lived in Palestine for three years and settled in Paris in 1922. Member of the Salon d'Automne, and his works were exhibited in the Salon des Tuileries and in the Salon des Peintres Temoins de leur Temps. He was awarded the Prix de la Critique in 1951. Died in 1967.
