Leo Kahn - Photographs in a Large Format, from "Palestine in Pictures"
Eleven plates with photographs by Leo Kahn, from the series Palästina im Bild [Palestine in Pictures], taken by Kahn in 1912 on a mission to Palestine on behalf of the newspaper Judische Zeitung and in collaboration with the JNF. Vienna: Judische Zeitung / Kunstanstalt Max Jaffé.
High-quality prints in a large format. Photographs include: Yemenite silversmiths, a guard at the moshava Kinneret, photographs from the moshavot Petach Tikva and Rehovot and more.
11 plates, 48X58 cm. Condition varies. Stains, creases and slight defects to some plates.
