165 leaves. 27 cm. The last leaf is missing and was completed in Italian script. Added to this edition for the first time are references by Rabbi Shmuel Archevolti, which were added to the following editions. Printed by mistake on the title page: "שנת חמשת אלפים וארבע מאות ושלש עשרה לבריאת עולם". Handwritten glosses on the margisn of some leaves.
Renewed binding. Stains. some moth holes and taping. Taping to one of the leaves, affecting the text. The last leaf was missing and was completed by hand with two columns. Fair-good condition.
