Ilya Selvinsky (1899-1968) was a Jewish-Russian poet and dramatist, one of the most prominent of the constructivist movement. The cover is a photomontage designed by the Jewish-Russian artist El (Eliezer) Lissitzky (1890-1941) who, along with Kazimir Malevich, was one of the most important artists of the Russian avant-garde movement.
