קונטרס קבלי המכיל נוסח שונה וארוך של סדר 'התרת נדרים'. בראשיתו הוא דומה לנוסח המכר, לאחר מכן מופיעים נוסחים קבליים, וכן פסקאות רבות הפותחות במילה "ברוך" ומזמורי תהלים. תוכן הדפים לא נבדק ביסודיות וייתכנו תגליות.
מפרט: [28] עמ', 20*12 ס"מ. כתיבת סופר נאה, בדיו כחולה על גבי נייר איכותי. כתיבת חצי קולמוס.
מצב; בינוני-טוב. דהייה חלקית של הכתב כתוצאה מרטיבות. הדפים תפורים יחדיו ביסודיות, ואינם כרוכים.
