סדר סליחות, כמנהג פולין קטן ופולין גדול. אותיות גדולות במיוחד. טשרנוביץ, תרט"ו [1855].
בשולי השער ובעמוד האחרון רישומים וחתימות ביידיש ובלועזית. הרישומים קשים לפיענוח. אחת המילים ביידיש היא כנראה המילה "הייליגע" שמשמעותה "הקדוש".
מפרט: צ דף. 22 ס"מ. נייר עבה ומשובח.
מצב; בינוני-טוב. ללא כריכה. נקבי עש זעירים לאורך הספר.
