סדור לכל ימות השנה, לימות החול, לשבתות, לפורים וחנוכה, עם סדר הקריאה לשבת במנחה ושני וחמישי. עם ציור מזמור למנצח בצורת מנורה. עם לוח קביעות שנים לשנים תרצ"ה-תש"ג. מסגרת השער נדפסה בדיו אדום.
בעותק שלפנינו נכתבו בעפרון הערות בעניני התפלות.
