חידושים על דיני קנינים, תנאים, פסח, יו"ט, מאת רבי מרדכי דוב בער קליין. וינה, תרמ"ג 1883. מהדורה ראשונה.
בשער כתב המחבר על עצמו: חזן ודיין דבית הכנסת שיף שוהל ולומד ש"ס שיעורין כסדרן עם בעה"ב לומדים הגונים בבית המדרש עץ חיים. אולם מהסכמת רבי יוסף שאול נתנזון רבי אברהם שאג ועוד, ניתן להבין על גדלותו העצומה של המחבר.
בדף כג, הגהה מעניינת בכתב ידו וחתימתו של רבי עקיבא גלאזנר רבה של קלויזנבורג. המחבר בדבריו מקשה על דברי החתם סופר ובהערה שכתב רבי עקיבא גלזנר נינו של החתם סופר הוא מגין על זקנו.
הגאון הגדול רבי עקיבא גלזנער - [גלזנר], [תרמ"ו-תשי"ז] רבה של קלויזנבורג, בן רבי משה שמואל גלזנר בעל 'דור רביעי', נין מרנא החתם סופר. עשרות שנים כיהן ברבנות העיר קלויזנבורג אחר אביו הגדול. חתנו של השארית יהודה מהשנביץ בנו של רבי עמרם בלום בעל 'בית שערים', חיבר את הספר 'דור דורים' ועוד.
