מכתב סמיכה לשוחט בכתב ידו וחתימתו של רבי ישראל יעקב שווארץ שו"ב בסאנטוב שבהונגריה (מקום קבורתו של בעל ה'שמן רוקח'). ניכר על המכתב כי נכתב בלשון חכמים, ודברו דבר התורה.
"לכן יהי נא דברי אלה לו לפה ולמליץ בכל המקומות אשר יבוא שמה להסתפח בנחלת ד' ולעסוק במלאכת עבודת הקודש ובהבטחה אשר לא ישא ח"ו דבר שאינו כהוגן מתחת ידו".
