המו"ל ר' צאלח בן יעקב מנצור - עלה מבבל, משפחתו הייתה מבאי ביתו של הרב יוסף חיים זצ"ל, הוציא לאור בירושלים כמה ספרים משמעותיים, ביניהם ספרי הבן איש חי זצ"ל (בהסכמת נכדו של הבן איש חי), סדור תפלת ישרים על פי נוסח יהודי בבל, הגדה של פסח ועוד.
