ברכת 'גמר חתימה טובה' בכתב יד קדשו של האדמו"ר רבי משולם זוסיא טברסקי מטשערנוביל. בני ברק, תשכ"א.
דף מודפס עם ברכת שנה טובה. והאדמו"ר הוסיף בכתב ידו 'גמר חתימה טובה' וחתם את חותמתו.
האדמו"ר רבי משולם זוסיא טברסקי מלאיעוו-טשרנוביל - (תר"ע-תשמ"ח), מצד אביו התייחס לשושלת אדמו"רי טשרנוביל, ומצד אמו התייחס לשושלות צאנז ובעלז. אמו הייתה בתו של האדמו"ר רבי יצחק ישעיה הלברשטאם מטשחויב – בנו של בעל ה"דברי חיים" מצאנז, ונינה של האדמו"ר רבי יהושע מבעלזא. בשנת תרצ"ד עלה לארץ, ולמד שנתיים בירושלים. בשנת תרצ"ו נסע לשלוש שנים לפולין כדי לשהות במחיצת זקנו רבי ישעיה מטשחיוב. בתרצ"ט חזר לירושלים, ונישא לבתו של האדמו"ר מסטרטין. לאחר השואה הוכתר לאדמו"ר מטשרנוביל. בשנת תשי"ט עבר לגור בבני-ברק, שם פתח את בית המדרש של חסידות צאנז. בניו הם האדמו"רים מטשרנוביל שליט"א, וחתנו המפורסם הוא האדמו"ר מוויז'ניץ רבי ישראל הגר שליט"א.
