מקבץ כתבי יד. קונטרסים מחוברים יחדיו: אזהרות, רשות לאזהרות. אשמורות (סליחות). עיבור השנים עם טבלאות. שירים לשמחת תורה. אגדתא דפסח עם קידוש הארוך, הושענות ועוד. בסוף הגדה של פסח חתום "סאלם יוסף ס"ט".
כותבים שונים. תקופות שונות. תימן, אמצע המאה ה- 19 – תחילת המאה ה- 20.
150 דף. כתובים משני צדדים. גודל מירבי: 13 ס"מ. לא נבדק שלמות הקונטרסים דף אחר דף.
מצב כללי טוב-בינוני. במספר דפים בהתחלה ובסוף פגעי עש עם חסרונות טקסט קלים. דפים מנותקים. פגמי שולים בכמה דפים. כתמי זמן. כריכת עור עתיקה עם עיטורים. כריכה מנותקת ברובה.
