The Haganah Medallion - with a relief of Eliyahu Golomb.
Obverse: In the center is the symbol of the Haganah, and around it is the verse "With one hand working and one holding the sword. (Nechemiah 4:11).
Reverse: The figure of Eliyahu Golomb, in a Magen David, with all sorts of things related to defense.
Diameter: 60 mm.
Condition; Very Good.
Eliyahu Golomb: ( Eliahu Ben-Naftali, 1893-1945) was the "uneducated commander" of the Haganah, one of the founders of the Jewish defense force in Mandate Palestine. He was a member of the Haganah Central Committee from 1920-1930 and a member of the Haganah's National Command in the years 1931-1945. He was one of the founders of Achdut Ha'avoda and the Histadrut.
