Rabbi Ya'akov Yehuda Leib Levi: (1813-1889) was the rabbi of Shalshin. After his aliyah, he served for many years as a rabbi in Jerusalem.
Author of the book "Beit LeAvot", the founder of Kollel Poland in Jerusalem.
