שרשרת לתליה על הצוואר, עם שלושה תליוני קמיעות מניאטוריים
- קמיע 'חמסה' ומשני צדיו חריטות השם ש.ד.י - החמסה מטרתה להגן מפני עין רעה; והשם הקדוש ש.ד.י. [ש'ומר ד'לתות י'שראל], הוא אחד משמותיו של הקב"ה, ומסוגל לשמירה ולהגנה.
- קמיע בצורת מגן, מצדו האחד חריטת השם ש.ד.י. ומצדו השני חריטת שם.
- קוביה זעירה, שבמרכזה האות 'ה', עשויה בעבודת מגזרת - על פי המקובלים, האות ה' שעמה נבראו שמים וארץ, היא בעלת כוח ההתרחבות של שפע, פריון והצלחה.
שלושת הקמיעות מושחלים על גבי שרשרת, לתליה על הצוואר. הקמיעות והשרשרת עשויים ככל הנראה כסף, אך הם לא נבדקו בחומצה.
