Czech crystal plate - emblem of the State of Israel, 1948
Diameter: 15 cm.
Small crystal plate made to mark the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948. Made by hand, engraved with a wheel. [The engravings and decorations were made against a quickly-turning wheel. The artist moved the glass against the wheel to create the different decorations.] Menorah and olive branches at center of the plate [emblem of the State] and the Hebrew word: Israel.
Excellent condition.
