* "El HaBechirot!" Placard issued by the Va'ad Ha'Ir L'Kehilat Ha'Ashkenazim, calling to the public to come in masses to elect the leaders of the Va'ad. "If the public institutions have not yet been transferred to the secular authority, if they are still being run in the ancient ways according to 'ruach yisral saba', it is only thanks to the Va'ad Ha'Ir Ha'Ashkenazi!'
