Manifest number 1 is a proclamation with the first order publicized by the IDF in the West Bank areas, with the occupation of the areas in the Six Day War. The order was publicized on the third day of the war - 6.7.1967, and it establishes, in eight sections, the rule of the army in the areas that transferred to Israel. In manifests 2-3 there are instructions about behavior from General Chaim Herzog on the topic of jurisdiction, instructions regarding property, looting, and more [the three manifests are written in Hebrew and Arabic].
