Poster in Three Languages Appealing to Everyone to Sign on a List of Orders in Regards to the Jews Published by the Nazis. 1942
Poster calling on each and every person to sign a declaration that he is not Jewish and to accept the commands and decrees that the Nazis instituted regarding the Jews. Published by the governmental press in Warsaw, 1942.
Background: This poster was hung in every city and town that was captured by the Nazis during WWII. The poster obligated all residents of the city or town to come to the municipal building to sign a declaration that they are not Jewish and that they would follow the Nazi directives regarding the Jews.
Description: 41x29 cm. Printed text on both sides. German-Polish-Ukrainian.
Condition: Fine condition. A few stains, fold marks. Slight tear in the upper section.
