State medal, birth of a son, the front features a tallit and the verse [Hebrew] ‘for this boy I prayed’. The reverse features a decoration of the seven fruits of Israel. Gold, 750, 18 karats, 18 mm. 4.4 grams. The medal is within a state issued case. Fine condition.
