Meivin Hidot, a commentary on the Masorah to understand riddles and acronyms used by the authors of the Masorah, by Rabbi Yosef B.R. David Meshva, R. Leib Zusmanesh printing press, Amsterdam, 1765

A year after the appearance of the book, the book 'Seyag Le-Torah' appeared in Frankfurt, containing exactly the same content, by Rabbi Asher Anshel Virmash Rofeh. In the introduction, Rabbi Asher Anshel claims that the entire book of riddles was copied from the manuscript of his book that he gave to Rabbi Yosef of Hague to see, and the latter was published in his name.

שנה לאחר הופעת הספר, הופיע בפרנקפורט הספר 'סיג לתורה' המכיל תוכן זהה לחלוטין, מאת רבי רבי אשר אנשיל ווירמש רופא. בהקדמה טוען רבי אשר אנשיל, אשר הספר מבין חידות כולו הועתק מכתב יד ספרו שנתן לר' יוסף מהאג לראות, והאחרון פרסמו על שמו בעורמה.
